A rede de fast-food especializada em batatas fritas vai inaugurar sua primeira franquia no mês de novembro, em Blumenau (SC). As lojas têm o formato de containers que normalmente são instalados em estacionamentos, supermercados, terrenos ou qualquer espaço em área livre e descoberta, e têm mobilidade. “O franqueado pode vender batatas na praia, no verão, ou em Campos do Jordão, no inverno, por exemplo”, diz Alessandro Scapol, diretor da Batatóp. A empresa conta hoje com duas unidades próprias em Sorocaba (SP) e, além da loja em Blumenau (SC), outras duas franquias estarão em funcionamento até o fim do ano. A meta é alcançar 30 franqueados em 2015, espalhados pelo país, e oferecer também a operação em food trucks.
